Distance Sales and Shopping Terms
This page explains the terms and the order process for purchases made through Ayarı Kaçanlar. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Service Model: Print on Demand
Ayarı Kaçanlar works on a print on demand (POD) model. Under this model, products are made specifically for you only after your order is placed and your payment is confirmed. For this reason, the order process differs from stores that sell ready-made products.
Order Process
Your order is processed in the following steps:
Add the products you like to your cart with your chosen color, size and quantity.
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to open the order form.
Fill in your full name, phone, email and delivery address completely. This information is required to deliver your order.
Once your order is received, a summary email is sent to the address you entered. It lists the products you ordered, the shipping fee and the total amount.
After reviewing your order, the store manager contacts you directly. The order details are confirmed and any questions you have are answered.
Bank transfer / EFT is accepted as the payment method. The bank details are sent to you personally.
Your order is finalized and production starts once your payment reaches our account. No order is produced before payment is confirmed.
Your product is carefully prepared and then shipped. The tracking number is shared with you.
No online payments (credit card, debit card, etc.) are taken on the site. Payment is made only by bank transfer / EFT.
Production and Delivery Times
Production starts once your payment is confirmed. The general production and shipping schedule is as follows:
- Production time: 3–7 business days on average, depending on the product type and stock availability.
- Shipping time: The shipping company's standard delivery time within Türkiye (usually 1–3 business days).
These times may be longer during busy periods or for orders that require special production. If there is any delay, we will contact you.
Prices and Shipping Fee
Prices on the site are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary email. Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain amount; this is shown in your cart when you order.
When Is an Order Final?
Submitting the order form does not make the order final. The order is finalized once your payment has been received and confirmed by us. From that point on, production starts and it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
